Disney Series – Booking the Trip

Hello! I am so excited! Roughly a month from now I am headed to the most magical place on earth and if I’m being honest I have 100% started to check out of everyday life. In my last post I talked about the basics for what you need to know for your Disney trip. At this point you have an idea of where you want to stay, when you want to go, and type of tickets you are going to use. So let’s put things into action and book your trip.

Like I said in my last post I prefer to book with Disney directly and they honestly make it so easy to do. Before you start I recommend setting up your Disney account first. You are able to this at the end as well, but really it’s one less step to do. You will be able to control everything on your vacation with this account and I mean everything. Food reservations, Fast passes you name it, it’s there.

Lets say you have looked at your options but you are still not sure what you are wanting for your vacation. Disney does provide vacation recommendations.

For show purposes I am going to select “My Family” and “Budget”. From there you will be directed to this page.

Select the images that look good for you and your vacation. Once you selected what you like you will be brought to the next page.

These are the final selections you have to make. You can select exact dates if you need to, or pick a season and Disney will pick dates for you. And then obviously you will need to put in your party members. From there you will be given your vacation recommendations.

You can either select the offer that has been selected for you. Or you can Edit the offer to fit your needs better. You can also compare up to 3 vacation options.

Now if you know exactly what you want you do not need to go through all of these steps. On the main page at the top. And you will be guided through selecting you vacay.

Two things I want to mention. One: When it comes to Disney there is SO MUCH TO DO!!! I recommend adding the park hopper option to your tickets. I enjoy doing Magic Kingdom in the morning and Animal Kingdom at night. It’s the best way to really get the most out of your vacation. Two: Add the Memory Maker to your package. Your picture will be taken everywhere at any park you are in. And if you want any of those you will have buy each one individually. That is unless you get the Magic Maker. Any picture a cast member or ride takes shows up on your account. You can save all of them or just the ones you like. 100% worth it. These are memories you want to keep. Especially with those little ones.

If you have any questions or concerns you can also call Disney direct and a cast member will answer any extra questions you might have or they can book your trip for you.

I hope this helps you on your way to the most magical vacation! Do you have a trip coming up?
